This natural coffee is the fruit of the labor of nearly 450 producers located around the Halo Hartume station.
Once their cherries are brought to the station, nearly 100 people take over to perform the post-harvest process: they meticulously sort each cherry before spreading them to dry on raised beds. They then monitor the humidity level, turn the cherries every two hours to ensure homogeneous drying, and make sure they are covered during the hottest hours.
It is notably thanks to this rigorous work that this natural coffee can retain all its sweetness and develop such a rich and singular aromatic palette.
As an espresso, you will find a rich and intense cup, enhanced by notes of dark chocolate.
With filter methods, the liveliness and freshness of red fruits are revealed.
