This coffee, named “Chevere”, with its gourmet aromatic profile, is the decaffeinated counterpart of our Colombian “Choco”. It features chocolate, spicy, and sweet notes.

The process used to remove caffeine is called “sugar cane” and, as its name suggests, it uses sugar cane extracts to separate caffeine from the bean. This process is known for being effective without affecting the natural aromas of the coffee.
